Anger Management is very important because Anger, when not controlled, it is synonymous with an acid that does greater harm to the vessel in which it is contained than to the object it poured on. Anger, when not managed properly, can be so detrimental both to health, state of mind, friendships, marriage and entirely to life.

I have seen a brother pull out a gun for his brother all because of anger and would have pulled the trigger if not for people’s intervention. Anger management can be nearly an impossible task if you tend to focus on the problem. rather than focus on the problems take the time and think of the possible solution. It often helps reduce anger since it gives you assurance of recovery.

5. Avoid the “you” Speeches:

Two wrongs can never make a right. Even at fault or offended avoid your statements rather than use the “I” statements. Use words like “I was” “I did”  avoid such world as “you did” “you were” as such statements increases tension and more provocation.

6. Let go:

An outburst of anger is often caused by grudges and unforgiveness. To effectively manage and tame your members, forgive. Hold no grudges and totally let go that way you won’t be swallowed by your own bitterness.

7. Lighten up with humor:

Anger is no doubt a burden, lighten up, talk to someone about it, talk to the next person or even the offender but in non-comforting but rather a humorous manner.
