Below are how to lodge a Complaint against your Bank to CBN in Nigeria.

  1. For Excess Charges

In case you are charged excessively whenever you transact using your bank account, endeavor to visit your bank and laid the complaint before them.

After that, patiently wait for 30 days for them to take action and resolve the issue. But if they failed to resolve it after the 30 days has elapsed, then you can contact CBN through:

  1. Transfer or Card Issue

Also, many bank users do complain bitterly how their ATM card is frustrating the hell out of them whenever they are making a transfer.
