UEFA Champion’s League winner and unbeaten English Premier League side, Liverpool FC have received a massive boost as three key players are set to join the squad to play again Manchester United in their match on Sunday.
Liverpool coach, Jürgen Klopp, in an interview which was made available on Liverpoolfc.com, said that he is hoping that Joel Matip, Fabinho and Dejan Lovren will participate in the match against United, having received a briefing that they are fit to be on the pitch, and even play full time.
It could be recalled that the three Liverpool players have been on a long-time break due to injuries sustained.
Liverpool FC has secured 61 points in the premier league first leg after their victory over Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, with 1-0 win.
“I wait really until they are on the pitch and somebody tells me they are allowed to do the full session,” said Klopp.
“It looks like Joel will be in, it looks like Fabinho will be in maybe a day later, I’m not sure. Dejan, maybe he can be in as well.
“That means a lot and helps massively of course. But we will see how it looks. The week is very important.
“The game on Sunday against United, we all know what people expect from us from that game. It will be a big one as well and we try to be ready for that.”
