President of the African Development Bank(AfDB), Akinwumi Adesina has lent his voice to police brutality in Nigeria.
Adesina also charged the government to protect its citizens. The former Minister of Agriculture made this known in a tweet via his verified twitter handle on Sunday.
According to him, “The seed that grows becomes a tree. The seeds of Nigeria are its youth. Protect the youth. Protect our women. Protect everyone. Every life matters. End all forms of police brutality. Ensure justice and rule of law. Save the nation. #EndSARS” he tweeted.
