#Endsars Protesters have shut down the Lagos State secretariat on Monday thereby denying workers access into and outside the premises.
#Endsars Protesters have shut down the Lagos State secretariat on Monday thereby denying workers access into and outside the premises.
The secretariat was shut in the early hours of monday. Protesters locked all entrance into the secretariat, this has caused motorists and pedestrians to tun back.
Other parts of Lagos were also not left out as they have also been closed thereby hindering vehicular movement.
