Iran Plane Crash report:
It could be recalled that an Iranian aircraft crash land on Wednesday last week, leaving 176 passengers all dead.
9jatoday understands that, following arguments that Iran had intentionally blown off the plane thinking it was their enemy, in a recent report, Iran has admitted that truely they did release a missile on the plane and that it was an ‘unforgivable mistake’.
The report reads;
“The Islamic Republic of Iran deeply regrets this disastrous mistake,” Iranian President Hassan Rouhani tweeted.
“Armed Forces’ internal investigation has concluded that regrettably, missiles fired due to human error caused the horrific crash of the Ukrainian plane & death of 176 innocent people.”
“Investigations continue to identify & prosecute this great tragedy & unforgivable mistake.”
The terrible crash recorded 176 lives dead, including 82 Iranians, 63 Canadians, 11 Ukrainians and a Nigerian, among others.
A Nigerian, identified as Dauda Onoruoiza has been confirmed as one of the 176 dead victims of the Ukrainian Aircraft crash.

According to a report, Dauda was said to be working with American airplane manufacturers, Boeing before the terrible incident happened.
He was reportedly on a three months training with Boeing in Ukraine and was attached to the Boeing 737-800 aircraft to study its mechanical noise and report back to the company ahead of its maintenance scheduled on Monday, January 13 in Ukraine.
