Runtown, Falz Lead Protest in Lagos

Nigerian Singer and Singwriter Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz and Runtown on Thursday led a protest in Lagos against the disbandment of FSARS.

Reports on 9ja news says that the protesters gathered at Lekki toll gate at about 10 am in the morning carrying placards with different descriptions such as “Enough is Enough”, “We are all Victims”.

Falz and Runtown addressed the large crowd urging them not to be violent as the protest is supposed to be a peaceful one.

The protesters are not only seeking that FSARS be dissolved, they are also complaining about the rate of unemployment in Nigeria.
