The Lagos state government says there are plans to discharge six of the COVID-19 patients admitted to the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Yaba.
The Lagos state government says there are plans to discharge six of the COVID-19 patients admitted to the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Yaba.
In a radio broadcast on Thursday, Lagos State Commissioner of Health, Professor Akin Abayomi, said the six patients who recover will be released in a day or two.
Professor Abayomi said there are inflows and outflows in the wards of the Mainlands Infectious Diseases Hospital.
“Tomorrow we are going to discharge six of our 24 patients, so that our admitted patients will theoretically drop to 18,” said the commissioner.
