NCDC Reports 38 New Cases of COVID-19 In Nigeria:

Lagos State on Monday, April 20 makes an astonishing record since Coronavirus spread began in Nigeria.

According to the report on the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Monday night, thirty-eight new cases of COVID-19 has been recorded.

However, it was amazing to know that Lagos State which has been so far had the highest record of the novel virus at this time returns a zero record.

Reporting on microblogging site, Twitter, the NCDC noted that the new cases were found as follows: 23 from Kano, 5 in Gombe, 3 in Kaduna, 2 in Borno, 2 in Abia, 1 in FCT, 1 in Sokoto, 1 in Ekiti.

The development makes the novel virus a total of Six-hundred and sixty-five in Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Senior Pastor, Awaiting the Second Coming of Jesus Christ Ministry, Adewale Giwa has earlier advised that President Muhammadu Buhari should set the country free of the ongoing lockdown.

According to the clergyman, the country could not meet up in feeding its people, hence, the lockdown is of no effect.
