Micheal Collins Ajereh popularly known as Don Jazzy was born on the 26th of November, 1982 in Abia State, Umuahia precisely. Collins Ajereh is originally from Delta State but his parents lived in Abia State.

He met Solek, Kas, Jesse Jagz, JJC, The 419 Squad, and D’Banj and in 2014 he collaborated with D’Banj to establish Mo’ Hits Records a Nigerian-based record label.

Don Jazzy in a space of two years produced “No Long Thing” and “Rundown/Funk You Up” which was a success, there he came up with the slogan “It’s Don Jazzy Again” which people use to recognize his presence any music.

D’Banj and Don Jazzy had a wonderful time while working together, Wande Coal’s “Mushin 2 MoHits” was also co-produced by Don Jazzy, and the album won the award of one of the best albums to ever from Nigeria.
