The Hammers are the latest Premier League club to be hit by the pandemic.
Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta, Chelsea’s Callum Hudson-Odoi – now recovered – and several unidentified Leicester players tested positive for the virus.
“I am relieved to say that everyone is having mild symptoms and, together with their families, they look well,” Brady told The Sun newspaper on Saturday.
“But it is just a handshake, sneeze or cough away from any of us, so no one should be complacent.”
West Ham players are training at home and the club hopes to resume regular sessions at their home base when Britain’s blockade period ends on April 13.
The Premier League season is suspended until at least April 30, with reports suggesting that there will be a further delay or even cancellation of the remaining games.
But Brady hopes the domestic season can resume and come to a conclusion, even if games are to be played behind closed doors until July.
“When we – all Prem clubs – spoke for the last time, we agreed to come back as soon as possible,” said Brady.
“And these games will take place in July, if necessary, to complete this campaign. That is the plan. That’s what we want to deliver.
“It may be that the games have to be played behind closed doors, which nobody wants – especially players and fans.
“But we hope that it will be possible to move on after the clear graph comes to an end.”
