Liverpool forward, Sadio Mane and Asisat Oshoala of Barcelona has been crowned as African Player of the Year and African Women’s Player of the Year respectively at the CAF Awards 2019.

9jatoday earlier reported that Mane beats his African teammates Mo Salah (Liverpool) and Riyad Marez (Manchester City) who makes the top the three contenders list for the African Player of the Year which held at the Albatros Citadel Sahl Hasheesh Resort in Hurghada, Egypt.

It was all jubilation yesterday when the Senegalese Sadio Mane and Nigeria Super Falcons star Asisat Oshoala were both declared winner of the Men and Women’s African Player of the year respectively.
