As the 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifying campaign draws close, President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Melvin Pinnick, popularly called Amaju has announced that a new Super Eagles jersey will be out soon ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
9jatoday recalled that the Super Eagles had launched a catchy jersey in the 2018 World Cup, a jersey that was praised by many due to the design and nationality it carries.
Two years after the memorable event, another jersey will be launched dated February 5 in the United States of America, 9jatoday understands.
According to the report, the new jersey may also be used by the three-time African Cup of Nations winners in the AFCON 2021 qualifying campaign, which resumes in March.
Speaking about the new jersey, Amaju who noted that scores of people had lined up for the current jersey when it was launched in London in 2018, said that the news jersey will surely witness even longer queue this time around than the former.
”The design this time around is higher and a beauty to behold and I foresee a longer stretch of line of people in search of Eagles jersey,” said Amaju.
