The ranking was made by Global Firepower’s in 2019 using the diversity of each and every country’s destructive weapons, available manpower, geographical area, logistical strength, the natural resources on the ground and the local industry in each country were also considered.
Also, the highest power index ratio is 0.0000, something that is “realistically unattainable,” this is according to Global Firepower. Hence, the closer a country is to this index number, the more powerful its military base is.
